KaiLionCrafts was established in Yangjiang, the city that produces over 70% of China's knife exports. We didn't choose Yangjiang for cost — we are from here. Our manufacturing knowledge was built inside this ecosystem, not imported into it.
We operate as an integrated manufacturing and trading company. This means we own the production process from raw material to finished export carton. There is no chain of suppliers between your order and our factory floor.

Steel cutting, grinding, heat treatment and edge finishing — all in-house.
Handle Production
ABS, PP, wood, G10 and composite handles — injection moulded and assembled on-site.
Surface Treatment
Matte, mirror, satin and hammered blade finishes. Laser engraving and chemical etching.
Assembly & Packaging
Full product assembly, retail packaging application and carton preparation for export.
OEM / ODM Development

Yangjiang is located in western Guangdong province, two hours from Guangzhou. The city has been China's primary cutlery manufacturing hub for over 1,400 years, producing the majority of China's knife and scissor exports. Our factory is located within the city's established manufacturing zone.
