What if I receive products that do not match what was agreed?
For established long-term partners, it is simple: 100% replacement batch or 100% refund, no disputes, no negotiation. For first-time orders, the pre-shipment video confirmation process means you see and approve everything before goods leave. If the video does not match your specs, we do not ship. This system prevents the problem before it starts.
How does the lifetime material warranty actually work in practice?
You contact Leo Li directly. You describe the defect, and photos help. If it is a manufacturing defect, such as blade breakage under normal use, structural failure, or material inconsistency, we ship a replacement at our cost, including return shipping. We do not require lengthy documentation or legal processes. Direct conversation, direct resolution.
Can I conduct my own third-party inspection?
Yes, absolutely. We support and welcome independent third-party inspections, including SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek. We provide full factory access and coordination. Third-party inspection costs are typically borne by the buyer, but we can assist with scheduling and logistics.
What steel grades are used, and how do you verify them?
We work with VG10 (Japanese), 9Cr18MoV, 5Cr15MoV, 3Cr13, Damascus multi-layer, and German 1.4116 depending on your requirements. Steel composition is verified at Round 1, incoming inspection, using standardized hardness testing and material documentation from our certified steel suppliers. We can provide mill certificates and composition reports on request.
