What Buyers Ask Before Starting.
Can you develop a product from a sketch or reference image?
Yes. We can develop from a photo, technical drawing, sample product or written brief. We'll advise on any spec adjustments for production feasibility.
Do you handle all compliance paperwork?
We coordinate FDA, LFGB and CE test documentation, and provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, COO and HS code classification.
Can we visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome. Contact us to arrange a scheduled visit to our Yangjiang facility.
How do you ensure product quality and delivery time?
We have established a comprehensive quality management system and implement the "three inspection system": incoming material inspection, process inspection, and finished product full inspection. Every batch of products is strictly inspected before leaving the factory. In terms of delivery time, we adopt a project management system, with each order followed up by our founder, and production progress updated weekly to ensure timely delivery. In case of special circumstances, we will communicate in advance and provide solutions.
How much are sample fees? Are they refundable?
Sample fees depend on product type and customization degree, generally ranging from $50-200 per model. For our existing products, some samples can be provided for free (you only pay for shipping). Sample fees can be fully refunded when subsequent bulk orders reach a certain amount. Please consult our sales representatives for specific policies.
Can you support mixed categories?
Yes. Because our family factory ecosystem covers kitchen knives, professional scissors, outdoor knives, and accessories, we can build mixed-category sourcing programs.
