MANUFACTURING PROCESS
From Raw Material to Finished Product
Every step is precision-controlled for consistent quality.
Raw Material Inspection
Incoming steel, handle material, and packaging components are checked before production starts. The team verifies steel grade, surface condition, thickness, and supplier documents so every kitchen knife program begins with controlled material quality.
Steel Blanking & Forging
Knife blanks are cut, forged, or stamped according to the approved blade profile. This stage controls blade geometry, weight balance, and the foundation for repeatable chef knife, Santoku, cleaver, and set production.
Heat Treatment
Blades move through quenching and tempering to reach the target hardness range. Temperature, timing, and batch records are monitored so cutting performance and toughness stay consistent across the order.
Wet Grinding & Polishing
Operators use wet grinding, edge shaping, and progressive polishing to refine the blade surface. The process improves cutting feel, removes tooling marks, and prepares each knife for final finishing.
Handle Assembly
Handles are fitted, riveted, bonded, or assembled according to the product structure. Alignment, balance, grip comfort, and visual fit are checked before the knife moves to final sharpening and finishing.
Quality Control
In-process QC checks dimensions, edge angle, blade straightness, surface finish, and handle stability. Problems are corrected before mass goods continue to packing, reducing shipment risk for B2B buyers.
Final Inspection & Audit
Finished knives are audited against the approved sample, order specification, labeling request, and buyer checklist. Third-party inspection support can be arranged when importers require independent verification.
Export Packaging
Each knife is protected with sleeves, inserts, color boxes, cartons, and export markings as required. Packing teams focus on rust prevention, shock resistance, barcode accuracy, and retail-ready presentation.
