From Raw Material to Finished Product
Every step is precision-controlled for consistent quality.
Raw Material Inspection
Incoming stainless steel, screws, handles, and packaging materials are inspected before cutting begins. The team checks grade, thickness, surface condition, and supplier consistency for stable scissor performance.
Blade Blanking & Forming
Scissor blades are blanked, formed, and prepared according to the approved pattern. This step controls blade shape, pivot position, and the structural base for kitchen shears, salon scissors, tailor scissors, and utility lines.
Heat Treatment
Blade parts are heat treated to reach the required hardness and spring feel. Controlled quenching and tempering help maintain edge retention while avoiding brittleness during repeated opening and closing.
Edge Grinding & Polishing
Edges, backs, tips, and contact surfaces are ground and polished for smooth cutting action. Operators focus on burr removal, blade matching, and clean surface finishing before assembly.
Pivot & Handle Assembly
Blade pairs are matched with screws, pivots, springs, or handles depending on the scissor type. Opening tension, handle fit, blade alignment, and functional feel are adjusted during assembly.
Cutting Performance QC
QC tests cutting feel, blade overlap, tip alignment, screw tension, and sample cutting performance. This protects the buyer from inconsistent movement, poor bite, or loose assembly in retail batches.
Final Inspection & Audit
Finished scissors are audited against approved samples, packaging artwork, labeling details, and order tolerances. Inspection records can support buyer review, pre-shipment checks, and third-party audit requirements.
Export Packaging
Products are packed into blister cards, color boxes, sleeves, cartons, or custom retail sets. The packing line checks protection, barcode placement, carton marks, and mixed-assortment accuracy for export delivery.
